How to Join

Simply enter your email address at the bottom of our website to create an account. By registering your email, you agree to receive our marketing emails. After signing up, you can log in from the top menu using Google, Facebook, or your email address. Once logged in, you can save your name and shipping details for a faster and more convenient checkout.

Important Notes

Our Korean site (.co.kr) and Global site (.com) operate separately, and accounts are not linked. If you wish to shop for both domestic and international delivery, please create an account on each site. Marketing email subscriptions are valid only when you register your email through the sign-up form at the bottom of our website.

ORDER

All Dusonn Dubaal products are handcrafted and made to order.

Production begins immediately after your order is placed and takes 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Extra time may be needed during peak seasons. Once the status changes to “Preparing Item,” production has begun and changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please place your order thoughtfully.

If ordering as a guest, remember to save your order number and payment authorization number.
For members, order details are saved automatically.

PAYMENT

We currently accept the following payment methods depending on your region:

International orders (www.dusonndubaal.com) :
- PayPal/Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- You may check out by logging into your PayPal account, or simply use PayPal Guest Checkout by entering your card details—no account required.
- All international orders are charged in USD.
Domestic orders (www.dusonndubaal.co.kr) :
- We accept KakaoPay, TossPay (via KG Inicis) as well as credit/debit card payments.

PROMOS & DISCOUNTS

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
• Only one promo code may be used per order.
• Expired or lost promo codes cannot be reissued.
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to items already discounted. (Exception: they may be used together with the complimentary gift packaging service for members.)
• The complimentary gift packaging service is available only with a product purchase and is limited to one free packaging per item.

SHIPPING

IMPORTANT: You must place the orders in appropriate sites for the order to process.

- Shipping is fulfilled via DHL Express and takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

- We currently ship to 41 countries:
Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
- We are working to expand our shipping coverage to more countries. If your country is not yet listed, we encourage you to sign up for updates, and we’ll notify you when shipping becomes available in your region.

- Delivery is handled by CJ Logistics and typically takes 1–3 business days. (Please note that deliveries to Jeju Island and other remote areas may take longer.)
Your order will be shipped once production is complete. A confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery details will be sent once your order has shipped.
You may also track your shipment via the Track Delivery link at the bottom of our website.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

* International Orders Only*

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Please be advised that these charges are not controlled by Dusonn Dubaal. If a recipient refuses to accept the shipment, the parcel will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. All associated costs, including round-trip shipping and customs duties, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN

At Dusonn Dubaal, we strive to provide a thoughtful and reassuring online experience. To ease any concerns around sizing, we offer a one-time complimentary size exchange under the following conditions:

EXCHANGE POLICY

- Exchanges are only available for size adjustments and are limited to one time per order. Changes in design or color are not eligible.
- Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order via email to info@dusonndubaal.com.
- The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, including all packaging, dust bags, and accessories.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear such as creasing, stains, scratches, or outsole damage.
- Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be processed.

RETURN POLICY

All Dusonn Dubaal products are made-to-order. Refunds are therefore limited to items confirmed to be defective due to production or shipping.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unworn and include all original packaging and accessories.
- All returns are subject to inspection by our quality control team, and approval is required before any refund is issued.

Please note that the following are NOT considered defects:
· Natural creases or variations in leather
· Slight color differences or surface marks unique to genuine materials
· Minor asymmetry or irregularities from the handcrafting process
· Color variations due to monitor or device settings
· Any signs of wear or damage occurring after delivery

| PRODUCT HANDLING NOTICE

Dusonn Dubaal footwear is handcrafted using natural leather. Even a single wear may result in creases, scuffs, or stains that permanently affect the product’s value. Please try on your shoes only on a clean, smooth indoor surface. To prevent unnecessary creasing, we recommend using a shoehorn.

Because our outsoles are also made of fine leather, damage to the sole—such as scratches or abrasions—will be considered signs of use. Products showing wear (including creasing, staining, or sole damage) will not be eligible for exchange or refund, and will be returned to the customer at their expense, including round-trip shipping.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted by email within 10 days of receiving your order. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please include the following information in your email to info@dusonndubaal.com:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo(s) clearly showing the item and any issue

Once your request is approved, we will send you further instructions. Please note, the item must be shipped back in the original box including all original components (dustbag, product cards etc.)
Do not ship any product back without approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and automatically returned to sender.

REFUND

Refunds are issued only after your return request is approved and the item passes our inspection. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

If you paid by credit card, the refund may appear on your next billing statement depending on your card issuer’s cycle.
Orders placed using discount codes or coupons will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. Any discount code used will be automatically restored and available for reuse once the refund is complete.

All Dusonn Dubaal products are handcrafted and made-to-order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any items that show signs of wear (e.g. creases, sole wear, stains).

SIZING

Dusonn Dubaal shoes are sized according to the Korean sizing standard (measured in millimeters).
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. Fit may vary slightly depending on the design or material characteristics of each style.

- If your size is not listed or available on our site, please contact us—we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- We offer a standard fit and an optional WIDE fit. Wide options are NOT custom-made to individual foot measurements.
They are designed to provide added comfort across the width for those with broader feet.

NON-SLIP PADS

Dusonn Dubaal shoes are crafted with premium leather soles, offering excellent breathability, comfort, and refined texture. Over time, the soles naturally mold to the shape of your feet, providing an even more comfortable fit.
As leather soles may feel slightly slippery on smooth or wet surfaces, a pair of non-slip pads is included with every pair of shoes to ensure stable wear.
How to Use:

Before application, make sure the soles are clean and dry. For stronger adhesion, lightly roughen the area where the pad will be applied. Attach the pad at the center of the widest surface of the sole for the best grip effect. If the shoes have already been worn, simply wipe the soles with a dry cloth to remove any debris before use. Peel off the paper backing, place the pad in position, and press firmly by hand to secure.
